Build Mode

Hello there.
Recently I downloaded TS4 and all of its DLCs from this web, I had some problems getting it to work but I read some posts and downloaded some updates so the game wouldn't crash or get stuck in the loading screen. All worked fine, and I was happy to start playing with my Sims, but then I entered "build mode" so I could buy some things for my house, and realized there was nothing there. I was able to enter the "build mode" but I couldn't see any items to buy.
Probably I messed up something installing the DLCs, but I don't know what.
Could you help me solve this problem?

If you have any mods/CCs, it's preferable to take them out and see if the build/buy UI is fixed. If not, try re-installing Fitness again (assuming this is your last pack) and run the game with a fresh sims 4 folder in Documents (rename the current one to TheSims4old).
