Installation Problem

Helloo,

I've downloaded the sims 4 like i needed to. Now that i try to install it i get an choice between: change, repair and delete. I don't know why this happened. I'm Dutch so my screenshot is in dutch. this may not be the exact words. I really hope someone can tell me what to do with this.

Most probably you already have an installation of the Sims 4, maybe even an interrupted one.
So select Delete (Verwijderen) and then repeat the installation again.

i deleted the sims 4 that was allready on my computer before downloading this. I deleted it fully, theres nothing left. I still have origin on my laptop for other games. Could that be it? And do i have to delete full origin? Because there are still games i play on it

Have you restarted your PC in between ?

so, i've got in installed now but i get an error that says unable to start: initialization error at start up. Help please xD
