Is anyone else having issues with download speed? The torrent is downloading so slowly, please seed guys. xD

it says it will be finished downloading in 10 weeks for me lol

So I am currently downloading the Sims 4 Cats and Dogs and I am having a bit of an issue my upload speed is a lot higher than my download (these are set at unlimited with unlimited peers)  

I'm wondering if there is a way to fix this as it is currently at 5.5kB (upload 1.3MB) and my usual download speed is 1MB with a lower number of upload speed and I've never seen this before.

Its at 2.8% currently saying the game is going to take 2 weeks to download!

Mine says 26 weeks... xD

Maybe not that many people already have it that's why it's "slow", mine's going up and down, it now says "6d10h", so yeah. A hell of a wait to look forward to ;D

I'll be playing them in 3 years, so have fun guys! xD No seriously, when you are done downloading it, leave it to seed so other people won't have such issues as we do right now. xD

Give it some time people, the torrent will be seeded overnight (Central European Time), so I'm sure that by tomorrow morning the speeds will have picked up and a lot of you will in fact be playing the DLC by then.

Also note that this is a highly-anticipated DLC, so expect an extraordinary amount of interest in it as well.

Well, The way mine is looking, it hits aboit 2Mbits/s and then drops again, considering it has taken me about 10 mins to get 5%, i'd say it will take me about 4 hours max to download and with more and more seeding it, this will only get faster.

It's because the torrent probably has no seeders at the moment. So just wait for more people to download it and it should normalize as more seeders begin to seed it.

5% here. I only have tracker.opentrackr.org giving me seeds, is this alright?

Will continue seeding all night (Europe timezone) if I manage to download it. Share guys!

BTW I also Recommend that you close your browser and if you have steam open, close it fully. This will help increase download speed a little, if not a lot.

First of all, thank you so much to the members of this website, which had been useful since the Sims 3 era.

Now, on topic, I registered because I have a problem. I have always the Sims 4 files from this website, but for this expansion I've downloaded from skidrow to try the expansion as soon as possible. Everything is fine, but only if I play in English, when I tried to change the language into Spanish (changing the RldOrigin file), everything related to the expansion shows an empty white bubble (traits, options, actions, even the neighbourhood and its sims). I think that something similar happened when Vampires was released. Some of you has the same problem like me? Someone know a solution for this?

In skidrow was a "multilanguage" file to download, which is an .exe and I don't trust it so much. There is a way to solve this problem manually? 
The files from this website has the solution?

I'm scared to download it lol. Can anyone confirm if it's using the patch from Nov 7th or the one from yesterday? I want to play it, but don't want to ruin my current game ;-;

One thing I noticed: when you create these animals in CAS, they will be counted as adult (animals) straight away. So no dog pups or little kittens, ergo a smaller "d' awwwwwwwwwww-effect". 

It may be though that I overlooked something, but I couldn't find anything in CAS that allows you to change the age of the pet that is to be created.

I saw in some reviews etc. They were changing the pets age in cas. Same way you change a sim?

After 2h at 20% ! Still a long way to go but I am slowly getting there. Will seed when my download is complete. ^^

Finally at 25%, hopefully will be done by the time I go to sleep in 6 hours

Oh man,  I still have to wait till my internet gets faster on Monday.. THE WAIT IS KILLING ME..

You either overlooked something or a mod is interrupting something because they said multiple times you can create puppies and kitten in CAP.

I watched this trailer again https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcpH2_JWeG0 and they even say at the end you can create them. Though I don't see the button in that video either. I wonder where it's hidden...
