Sims 4 installer crashes on Linux+Wine

Hello all,
I am having a problem with The Sims 4. I once successfully installed TS4 with a different installer then the Games4theworld release. Sure the installation worked, but the DLC didn't. I found a short term solution by going to winecfg and changing the operating system to one I haven't used yet, but the problem is that you run out of operating systems. So I tried the G4TW release, and the installation froze for a bit then stopped responding. Can anyone help? Thank you
