ts4/all updates/immediately crashes. Empty ts4/all updates/immediately crashes.

Fixing my friend's game. Her initial problem was the stuck loading screen. followed the suggested fix for that. Next, it was the origin isn't running. applied the fix for that, it didn't work. So I applied the two newest downloads; Parenthood and fitness stuff. Now when I run as admin ts4 opens and immediately crashes. I have everything on my personal laptop among other downloads so I know I have installed them properly.  
I have gotten rid of all mods, compared files, relocated files, turned off adware, re-re-re-re downloaded everything and it still crashes immediately. 
Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi there,


Our latest update is Toddler's stuff pack. If by chance you had installed it, and then updated to Parenthood, you need to re-apply the pack again.


Also, just to make sure. The installation are as follows:
Get to Work -> Get Together -> City Living -> Vampire (Toddler) -> Parenthood -> Fitness -> Toddler's Stuff (ver 1.33)


Check that all the drivers are up to date as well.
