My save data gone

Hi i solved my problem with language and vampire & toodler DLC
after playing for 2 hour i exit the game
when comeback i realise my data gone...
my 1st data that 1st time save is still there
which i just wanna test create a random sims to see the world really appear...

am i doing something wrong...
my sims4 folder have 2 game folder now which game_ and game
i assume i should delete 1 of that ???
im just too scared to try and ruin everything again..

please help Sad

i did save the gamemore then twice even my gallery is empty i did save 2 household there ..is there anyway i can get my data back?

For every language you have played in you have a folder in
Username\Documents\Electronic Arts

Nothing there, look in the folder OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts

yes i have the save data there but it wont appear in game Why God.

Look at your The Sims 4 folders where you expected the Save data.
The one with the latest date/time is your "running game".
Copy the saves from the other folder to your running game.

Hi again @Viary!

The game folder is not supposed to affect your 'saves'. Like @Polarbear mentioned, you should either looked under User\Documents OR OneDrive. Also, you can post a screenshot of where your save files are at so we see where the problem is, if any.

Alternately, you can zip up any saves you have (do zip them up so I don't have to download one by one) and then upload it to mega/mediafire or wherever and send the link to me via PM. I will check your saves on my end to see if it detects.
