Now my game is in spanish??

I recently downloaded the newest downloads, and have ran into an issue. everything is in spanish! i don't know how to not have it in spanish. i've tried running regedit and making sure that under the locale folder that it was listed as en_US. but no matter how many times i try, its still in spanish. i've ran the 64 bit and 32 bit versions and both are still in spanish. and nowhere, (that i'm guessing, i cant read spanish) in the options menu does it give me the option to change back to english. previously, i had all downloads up to city living, so anything from the toddlers update and on i have not had, until just now, and like i said, its in spanish. anyone encountering this problem? does anyone know how to fix this?
