Sims 4 just won't work for me. [SOLVED]

I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Downloaded and installed all expansions as stated, wouldn't open or would say 'origin is running' 

Re-did it all, got the base game to work, but it stopped after I installed 'Get together' pack

Tried applying to fix update thingy, didn't work either, it just would flash the window as if it was opening then nothing else would happen (it would be as if I never clicked on it)

So I un-installed everything and re-installed the base game from scratch and now that won't even work.

I've been trying for about a week :'( I just wanna play Sims! Someone please help! x

Did you install as follows ?

1. Install Base Game
2. Move, not Copy, installation folder The Sims 4 out of the folder Electronic Arts to just Program Files
3. Install Get to Work
4. Install Get Together
5. Install City Living
6. Install Toddlers/Vampires/Bowling
7. Delete the folder Game from your installation folder Program Files\The Sims 4
8. Install Parenthood
9. Install Fitness
10. Install Toddlers Stuff
11. Apply error 3 fix

Do not apply the Ultimate Fix !!!!
