Hello! I have a question about The sims 4. Can I install Base game and only cats and dogs, my first pets stuff and update
1.41.42.1020?
Or do I have to do it all in a row? If I install everything, I can not play. I do not know why, but the game still crashes.Without any error messages,just crashes.Please, if someone can help me, thank you!

I tried, but it's the same as before, the game is loaded well, I create Sim, I click on the blue button / play, and starts to load and just crash, without any error messages.

What have pu done with the all-in download ?
Copied the folders over to your already existing install folder ?
In that case you should have deleted the Game folder from your existing folder first.

Bear in mind @Erika, you should edit the codex.cfg file, to uninstall/remove unwanted DLC:

Yes, having not so many DLCs "activated" reduces the load on the computer as well, and should make the game run more stable.

Unfortunately, I can not play the game anymore, I did everything you suggested, but everything is the same. Install the base game and then copy / paste everything from All in one. And I copy / paste a new game folder.

The all-in version:

Copy the folder The Sims 4 from the .iso to anywhere on your (external) Hard Disk (Not in a directory Origin, Origin Games, Electronic Arts). When you copy it to your existing install folder of the Sims 4, first delete the folder Game and/or Game_ from your install folder.

In this new location, open the folder Game ->Bin and start the game via TS4.exe or TS4_x64.exe
