Mods aren't in my games

Sorry for my English, I'm French. 

So I have a problem with mods 

In the installation you say to remove the "The Sims 4" folder of Electronic Arts. I did it, but when I start the game with all the add-on, the folder "Mods" don't appears.. So I made one and I added mods from thesimsresource, they don't appears in my game after. 

I tried to hand over the The Sims 4 folder in Electronic Arts but when I start the game an error appears "Origin is currently not running [...]" 

I hope you understand my problem...

first, the install folder has to be OUT OF THE ELECTRONIC ARTS FOLDER. ( Origin not running error )
Have you checked in Documents/Electronic Arts/ The sims 4? That is where your mods folder should be located. You place all your cc in there.
