Who's game is working with CC after latest updates (Cows & Rats)?

My sims won't eat. There are also some bugged interactions between pets and sims. I tried to locate a file which is destroying my game but after hours spent locating it, I can honestly say I've deleted all of my MODs which interfere with game mechanics and only left CC, even a single fridge in my mod folder creates that bug. 
So my question is, is your game working properly with mod folder? If so how? I'd hate downloading around 2500 objects again..

The latest version of the fan-made program "Sims 4 studio" is apparently able to convert old CC, to make them compatible with the latest updates. See the topic here:

After some work my game is working. Had to remove or update some of my mods and custom traits (most of the custom trait did not show up in CAS). Also use the batch file at Sims 4 studio. After using the Sims 4 Studio fix objects and clothes seemed to be fixed. A big pain every time they patch/update.

I mostly use CC, will Sims 4 Studio update it for use now after Cats and Dogs? I just had the unpleasant experience of seeing my Sims both bald and naked.

I can use my cc without update it on sims studio
