Sims 4 old fix. [SOLVED]

I'm looking for an old fix.

I downloaded all expansions up to the toddler stuff pack.
My pc doesn't have problems running this. But once I install cats and dogs it says my pc doesn't have enough memory to run it.
So I just want my old sims back. Without cats and dogs. 

I tried the following things:
-download all expansion packs up to toddler stuff and install them in the correct way. issue: Worlds won't load when I try to move in. (endless loading screen issue)
-download all expansion packs up to toddler stuff + the newest fix (Update_1-37-35-1010) issue: game won't start up. Says the files are old and I need to update my game via origin.

issue: game won't start up. Says the files are old and I need to update my game via origin.
-download all expansion packs including cats & dogs and installed them all. Then disabled cats & dogs via program files. issue: game runs. But crashes all the time.

Will this be fixed if I install an old fix?
And where can I find the old fixes?

Please help me. I really want to play the sims again. I know my laptop is quite old and I'm saving up for a new one. But that's going to take a long time.

Error files are old:
Go to the folder Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and delete the file GameVersion.
The start the Game again.

Endless loading screen:
Delete the existing folder Game from your install folder C:\Program Files\The Sims 4
Re-copy the folder Game from the update 1.37.35.1010 to your install folder.

Deletion of Cats & Dogs:
Go to your install folder C:\Program Files\YThe Sims 4\Game\Bin
Open the file RldOrigin.ini
Change the line CNT= (a number) to CNT=138
Save file, start game again.

If you re-install up to Toddlers Stuff, look here under #3:

And use the "Game" folder listed under Toddlers Stuff. Note that you should delete the old Game-folder, before applying this one.

(Re-) Installing up to Toddlers Stuff will be your most practical solution if you cannot seem to run the game with Cats & Dogs.

I re installed everything up to toddlers stuff. I deleted the old game file and applied the game folder listed under toddlers stuff.

But now I get this message again:

 

I tried finding the GameVersion folder to delete it. As the other person mentioned. But I can't find it anywhere? Am I looking in the wrong place?

I now see that it says the game files are from a newer version. 
I'm sorry I remembered it myself wrong. I gave wrong information about my problem.

The GameVersion.txt can be found under C:\Users\(your username)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.   Delete the file, and try the game again.
