Unable to start sims 4. [SOLVED] Empty Unable to start sims 4. [SOLVED]

I have just downloaded The Sims 4, and when I open it, this message appears: Unable to start: The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play. [d6f91ffb]

how do i fix this? this is the first time i downloaded the sims 4.

Perhaps you downloaded in a wrong sequence.

Basegame
Get to Work
Get Together
City Living
Vampires, Toddlers, Bowling
(Delete folder Game)
Parenthood
Fitness
Toddlers Stuff
Cats & Dogs
Laundry Day
Update 1.39.74.1020

Anyway go the folder Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
Delete the file GameVersion.txt.
Start your game again.

I've tried that, but I can not find the file anywhere

When you have Windows 10, then also look inside the folder One Drive ->Documents
