Sims 4 on origin

Hello I have a curious question, I own Sims 4 through origin along with a few expansions also purchased through origin, am I able to download hacked expansions and have them work on my game?

No, you're not. You need to download cracked version of The Sims 4 base game as well as the other DLCs.
