TS4 Pack Download error with My First Pet Stuff

Hi! I hope anyone can help me. I just installed the latest SP today. I followed the updated instructions as stated and everything worked out fine except for this error message popping up which says, " Pack download in progress. Your uninstalled packs are downloading now". 
I don't really understand as my game shows up that it is already updated to 1.41.42 and I've been playing offline ever since and have been using all G4TW versions with no problem till today. 
I'm on a 64-bit machine if that helps...and my Sims 4 folder is in the right directory as well. (I also tried moving it to the desktop, to (x86), to Electronic Arts folder...to no avail. Game launches fine but the pack error thing still shows up )

Updating to 1.41.42.1020 does not automatically loads missing DLC's.

Suppose you have installed upto City Living, when you then update with 1.41.42.1020 you still miss
Vampires/Toddlers/Bowling
Parenthood
Fitness
Toddler stuff
Cats & Dogs
Jungle
My First Pet

Having however the latest update the game "thinks" you have these all installed and shows the icons on the first screen but can't find them in your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and tries to load the missing DLC's which shall never succeed.

However I was already updated with all packs and expansions up to Jungle Adventure prior to the My First Pets install..is there maybe another workaround for this?

"Pack download in progress" only shows when you have a later Game folder than the packs installed.
In other words: When you're  f.e. using the Game folder from My First Pet and Jungle Adventures (or any earier released DLC) is missing.

In your case a DLC is definately missing

Edit: It appears I really did forget to download the previous 1.41.38.1030 patch thinking that the latest patch (1.41.42) had the base for the My First Pets Stuff pack in it  whoops! Sorry about that.
