Game won't start.

Hello everyone,
for the past few weeks I've been having the OrangeEmu.dll issue, I can still play despite this issue by running the 64x version, however, there seems to be an issue with the mods as well.

I am and always will be a cc, mod lover and I can't imagine playing without them.
Here is the thing. Ever since I have download the my first pet stuff pack my game stopped working, I moved all the custom content out - it worked. I applied the custom content for the CAS (clothes, hair, makeup) and it worked fine but as soon as I add furniture CC into the game the game crashes when I try to launch it. When i remove the furniture it works again.
I tried downloading old, new, updated cc but results seems to be the same with all the furniture.
I even tried applying the batch-fix from TheSims4 Studio but nothing seemed to solve the problem I am having.

Has anyone else here ran into the same issue and if so, how did you solve it?
