Mr DJ's all in one suddenly gives "Origin not installed" error

Hi guys,
I've been playing Mr DJ's Complete Collection for about a year with no problems, until I installed and played my legal Sims 4 on the same computer along with Origin and I haven't been able to play The Sims 3 ever since.  The game used to just open up without the need of Origin, now it asks me to log in Origin and when I log in, nothing happens. When I try to open up Origin first, naturally I don't see my pirated TS3 game in my account, so I can't play. So I tried uninstalling both TS4 and Origin, but still when I try to "run as administrator" TS3 as always, it gives me the error "Origin not installed", whereas in the past I used to play it perfectly fine without Origin... 

I'm hopeless, please show me some guidance. I don't want to uninstall the whole Repack because I installed a LOT of custom stuff inside.

Edit: I managed to open up the Launcher from Origin, and launched the game, BUT it crashed. 
Edit2: The game opened up, but ALL the EPs and SPs are missing, apart from Supernatural which was already in my Origin folder legally. Naturally all my families' pets, jobs etc is gone.  

So I really need a way to open this game without Origin to play with my EPs and SPs. Or maybe find codes for all of them in Origin? I'm so lost.

When you re-install, all your custom stuff will still be in your folder Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
