i don't know what i'm doing

hi, so i'm really stupid and this is probably something i did wrong but when i try to add skin details to sims they don't show up. the only thing that shows up is freckles, and those are faint and just look like blobs. also, my sims have two sets of eyebrows, one normal one that i can change, and another eyebrow that looks like it's part of their sim, even if it i remove all skin details. similar to the eyebrows, my sims have two sets of underwear and i cant take one of the sets off by changing the clothes like you would normally do. my last issue is that for some reason it says that i don't have some of the packs installed, even though i followed all the instruction and downloaded them all. the packs are in my downloaded, but when i try to find them in cas it says the content is unavailable. sorry that this is a lot, but can someone please tell be what i did wrong and how to fix it, because i really want to play the sims 4.

That means you messed up when installing the game. Messed up a lot. You can try installing it again, according to the guide: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly

Or send validator result in multiple messages so I can tell you what exactly is messed up.
