Having a problem Empty Having a problem

I'm having a problem with my Sims 4, I have installed it like the form says.
Everything starts up good till I go to move my sim into a household, it ask me what season to start in then when I go to a world my household is not selected, I selected it and it doesn't should my household picture just the little lama. I select my house to move in then it crashes to desktop.
I have tried everything and can not get it fixed.
Any help would be wonderful!  Why God.

Delete "Game" dir and download fresh one from here. If that doesn't help, run validator and post the result here.
