White screen and then crashes after update

So i downloaded the get famous update and it worked fine so i quit the game and redid my mods and deleted my old game file since i didnt need it anymore. Then i went to my sims 4 folder again and i couldn't find the ts64 anymore so I was like ?? Redownloaded everything and now it starts for a while like 4/5 sec on the white screen you see first and then it crashes. I have no idea what i did wrong cuz it worked fine at first.

If you couldn't find a few items in your sims 4 folder, there's a big chance your antivirus is somehow messing with the game files. Are you using zlorigin ?

Im not using zlorigin. Everything from the game file was gone expect python, core and res. I'm not sure if have any antivirus on atm. I have already disabled Firewall

No need to disable firewall. Firewall blocks internet access. And creators of the crack even recommend blocking both game exe's in firewall.

If you didn't install any then you probably have Windows Defender. Add "The Sims 47Game\Bin" folder to exception list and extract "Game" folder again.

I disabled windows defender cuz i didnt have that option bc of something strange on the computer, assuming that it has the same effect (?). But it still doesnt work

You said you "redid" your mods. Try starting the game without them.

You're aware that "The Sims 4 - Get Famous.7z" contains just the files that changed between version 1.44.77.1020 and 1.47.49.1020 plus new DLC? So no base game, no previous DLCs. And that's what you're left with since it looks like you deleted your previous installation.

Yes. At least in the folder you selected in validator. I don't know, maybe you selected the wrong one. But now that I re-read your first post you said "deleted my old game file since i didnt need it anymore" so I think you need to install everything over again.

oh **** lol, well i guess i have to redownload it again. Is there any way to import my saved families to the new one

All your saves are in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. As long as you don't delete it, they're fine.

If you're going to download everything consider using this repack. You already have Get Famous so download everything except for dlc-ep06-get-famous.bin. That will be 19.9GB. If you want to play as soon as possible, install base game and patch first: download everything except for dlc-*.bin files and run _setup.exe. Then download DLCs you want and run _setup.exe again.

So when the download is done i just extract them to my sims 4 folder like usual and then it should work right?

No. As I said, just run _setup.exe.
