No worlds/towns to select and blank main menu.

So I have the Sims 3 Base Game and a few expansions I have previously purchased in the past (meaning I have the discs and have installed them to play again).
However I didnt buy Island Paradise, but I wanted to try it out so I used this websites downlad for Island Paradise, everything is working and it loads up perfectly with the loading screen saying Island Paradise, and the Sims 3 Launcher recognises I have the game.

However, when it gets to the main menu where you would create a new game or family or select your town you wish to play in - Everything is blank. The dropboxes work but nothing is in them, and I cant select anything. Its just blank

How do I fix this? I tried using Super Patcher but then it says I need the disc, so I move the CRACK folders into the bin like it says on the installation instructions, but then it just repeats with the main menu issue.

Anyone know how to fix this? Id attached a photo of what comes up
I have everything else except the Island Paradise which Ive downloaded.

You have to use the latest No-Origin files, when using the superpatcher. And the files inside the Island Paradise DLC are not the latest anymore.

Re-apply the superpatcher once more, then grab the "Ultimate Fix".

Use only (!) the two files inside the #Crack subfolder. Copy/paste over your C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin location and overwrite existing files when prompted. Then try the game again.

Download the Island Paradise Fix HERE
Extract with Winrar
Copy Isla Paradiso World to Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims3\Island Paradise\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds.
Delete the Cache files from your The Sims 3 in My Documents\Electronic Arts

 I just did that and got Ultimate Fix, and im up to 11 on the installation guide of ultimate fix.

However when I try and open the launcher, it doesnt come up. like i didnt even click it
Tried running as admin etc. Not working.

I'm sure you did it right, but these instructions inside the Ultimate Fix are outdated (I should have maybe clarified that more clearly in my previous reply). I did say however you should only use the #Crack-folder from the Ultimate Fix, a.k.a. nothing else.

If you're positive you did everything right, you can also start the game directly with the TS3W.exe under C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.
