Sims 4 all-in-1, how do I get old saves and mods to work? [SOLVED]

I downloaded the all-in-1 from https://www.games4theworld.club/t32895-the-sims-4-all-in-one-including-get-famous-version-1-48-94-1020. I did not have Poweriso or Daemon, but I extracted all the files using Winrar. Sims 4 itself is running fine, no problem. I downloaded it because I was having issues with my sims 4 downloads, I was behind on some updates and new packs, and decided just to delete what I had and get the all-in-1. I grabbed my saves folder and my mods folder so I wouldn't lose them when I re-downloaded the game, but I don't know where I need to stick them to get them to work. Right now they are not working, I do not have access to my old saves or my mods when I boot up the game.

In case you also deleted your progress folder before installing/playing the all-in-one:

When you have played the all-in-one a new folder is created in C:\User\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
Copy your saves, tray and mods folders back to that directory.

If you did not delete your progress folder, you should still have your old Sims/Houses/Mods etc.
