Error Code: 102:502 after trying to load into households, latest 1.48.94. [SOLVED]

After installing get famous and the 1.47 update then  i skipped the one before 1.48.94 as ive been told to do so since 1.48 is better. 

Checked with validator, i deleted a game_ folder as ive seen in other help posts. 

Tested without script mods and mods. Its fine. I updated every script mod, i looked through each other mod yet the rest are not even scripts, and even when i remove certain animations/replacements or scripts it still has the issue. Mod conflict didn't help much. Some are wicked whims animations. 

I always delete localthumb before i open my game.

Idk if its a corrupt save? even a new household its the same. 
It lets me go into build/buy mode but i cant play a household without it crashing to world select. This is driving me nuts

You said you tested without mods and it's fine. So it's mods. End of story. Just test which one is causing it.

after long..grueling hours of 50/50 method. I noticed there were somehow some hidden 'road to fame' files in a folder that was causing the issue
