Strangerville Disabling EA Stuff Packs

After the Strangerville update, Stuff packs no longer work and a prompt stating that they'll be disabled until "your EA account" is online. What caused this? Is there a fix?

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator (in quick scan mode) and post the result here.

Moving the Sims 4 folder didn't work. Validator results here.

Delete those files:

game/bin/rldorigin_x64.dll
