Sims 4 Error: Hello + 0xc0000142

Hi guys,

After updating my computer to Windows 10 1903 I experienced that my Sims 4 installation (updated to Strangerville) didn't work anymore. I get the Hello message from the OrangeEmu64.dll and the 0xc0000142 error. I've read all the articles in this forum and others about this problem and can't find a solution. 

What I have done so far:

• excluded Sims 4 from Windows Defender
  
• turned Windows Defender off
  
• disabled Hyper-v (my laptop doesn't support virtualization by the way)
  
• disabled windows sandbox
  
• re-installed the whole game (with the anadius´ repack)
  
• updated my Nvidia drivers
  

After all that my game still does not work. The weird thing is that this problem only started appearing after I updated my notebook to the new Windows version. Before that everything worked perfectly fine.

Hope anyone can help me here, because it actually seems to be a common problem.

My Hardware:
Intel core i5-4210u
Nvidia Gtx 850m
8Gb DDr3 RAM

I do not think the hardware is a problem because Sims 4 runs on my 12 year old computer from my brother.

It's problem with the crack from CODEX, reinstalling won't do anything. They have some kind of anti-tampering protection and it gets triggered by various things. This is all info I've gathered about this problem so far:

Don’t start the game in virtual machine, virtual PC (for example Shadow PC) nor in Sandboxie (and the like).
Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Turn Windows features on or off > uncheck Hyper-V. Uncheck Windows Sandbox if it's present too.
In Windows Defender Security Centre open:
1. Device Security > Core isolation details and disable Memory Integrity.
2. App & Browser Control > Exploit protection settings and disable Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR).
If that doesn't help, disable virtualization in BIOS/(U)EFI.

Omg thank you so much @anadius I literally gave up on that because nothing worked.

I've done everything except of disabling that force randomization for images (mandatory ASLR) and apparently that did the trick. Now my game works again, and I can finally play Island Living, thank you so much   .
