The sims 4 has stopped working

Hello everyone. When I play the sims 4 it stops and exits after a few minutes of playing. I get a message saying that the sims 4 has stopped working. I would appreciate it if someone could help.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

I'm pretty sure it's something with your PC or with what you have in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4". Anyway, you didn't read instructions from my repack carefully:
And delete those .bak files listed under "unknown files".

Download dlc-*.xbin for that DLC; if it's not showing on main menu screen download no-origin-fix-*.rar and patch-*.xbin.
