Having issues with kids.

hey not sure what is going on but when I'm making kids and switch to another category the hair color messes up. sometimes i can't even select the two darker shades of color for hair at all. is this a known bug or something wrong with my game? it happens on all hairs, whether in game hair or even mods. so i'm kind of wondering whats going on.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

Are you sure that starting the game fresh with just your saves copied back didn't solve the problem?
Anyway, delete all extra "Game" folders and those .bak and .rar files listed under "unknown files". If it still doesn't work when starting the game fresh with just your saves, run validator again, this time uncheck "quick scan".
