Sims 4 - Cannot Save

Hi & Happy Holidays!

I just downloaded the latest Sims 4 All in one pack found here. I am able to launch the game, but when I go to create a character the save and save as option are disabled from the menu. I've tried searching around, but couldn't find anything that solves the issue. 

Has any one run into this issue on a fresh install and been able to fix it?

Best "possibility" I can think of: something in your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder is causing the issue. Maybe outdated mods/custom content? Because the AIO from Sim Architect by definition contains only fresh & fully updated files.

If you suspect something is wrong with the torrent, you can try doing a Force Re-check, which will re-check the integrity of your entire torrent, and then re-download broken files if necessary. Look around in your torrent client where the Force Re-check button is, or search for help on that end on help sites dedicated to that topic. In some torrent clients like qBittorrent (the one I use & recommend) you simply right-click on a torrent that is seeding, and click the option Force Re-Check. Other clients like uTorrent & Bittorrent need to have seeding torrents STOPPED first, and then the Force Re-check option is available.
