Gallery Issues.

Hi all!

So I recently downloaded an Sims 4 All in One Portable from the Sims Architect... I know it's from a different website, however I've downloaded from here before and the forums are much easier to use and get help from here haha! So I thought I'd ask...

I installed the Legit Base Game on Origin so I could access gallery items, made sure I did the proper folder renaming procedures as I read about on here, and yet I still can't seem to find the Gallery Items I downloaded when I open up my cracked version! I'm not sure why, as I've triple checked I'm doing everything correctly. I even tried copy pasting the Tray contents from my Origin folder to my Cracked folder, just to make sure. Alas, no luck  The gallery items show up in my Library when on the Origin version, but they won't transfer to my cracked edition.

Am I just missing a really obvious step? Or perhaps it's the crack I use... any help would be massively appreciated, thank you for taking the time to read this!

First things first: meanwhile I don't recommend anymore to do the folder-renaming-procedure; see the second post in this thread:

The next thing is, what is the patch version of the Origin game that you downloaded the Gallery items with? And what is the patch version of the Sim Architect All-In-One that you downloaded? Are you positive both games are on the same patch level?

Because if your Origin is on a later patch version, and you use an older All-In-One, that can be an explanation for the items not showing up.

Ahh okay, am I okay to delete the Origin Folder I made then? If the double folder thing is no longer needed?

I double checked the patch version, they're both the same version.

Oops forgive me, I was wrong!! The patch is indeed different, the Origin Game is higher than the cracked one. That'll be why it doesn't work!

I'll see if the All-in-One has been updated, and if not, back to good old G4TW version haha!

If you installed an All-In-One (in the recent past), it doesn't make sense in my opinion to download ca. 35GB or more again. It's indeed a wiser choice to grab a "follow-up patch" instead. And too bad the only real benefit of having an Origin basegame is to grab user-made houses or sims.
