sims 3 + all expansion lag

sims 3 + all expansion lag

hello and 1stly wanna thank to games4theworld upon to his magnificient job....my sims 3 and all other expansion are working perfectly.....but i had problem about the game...seems like it will lag every 10 second over and over...any one have solution for this??thanx in advance
