region error. [SOLVED]

Before you snap at me I HAVE looked at previous threads discussing this issue.
Currently installed:
Legal copy of base game
Gamesfortheworld version of Ambitions
Gamesfortheworld version of Late Night
this is WORKING FINE.
trying to install: World Adventures
Problem: I am ignoring the cracks as I was told to do by Late Night. I try to install and I get a region code error. when I go into regedit there is NO MENTION OF THE SIMS anywhere, and I cannot alter my region code. How should I proceed?
I plan to install all the expansions. Is there a suggested method or order? where can I find a guide for this? Would it be helpful if I installed something else before World Adventures?

To find the region code follow the dirctory exactly as it is in the picture below.......

never mind, error existed between chair and keyboard. Thanks for the help with that directory!
