SIMS NOT AGING! [CLOSED] Empty SIMS NOT AGING! [CLOSED]

Post by Guest Thu 29 Mar 2012, 20:49

Hello, I've recently installed all of the expansions to the sims but Showtime, Outdoor living stuff, town life stuff and master suitee stuff.

The problem is that my sims aren't aging! I've tried "resetsim" and also tried to install your ultimate-fix, but with no luck. And when I'm trying to install the master controller, I can't open it, since I lack a certain program to open it in.

What should I do? Is there anything I should download?

Thank you

What do you mean you can't open master controller? Where are you trying to install it into?

Hello,

That was going to be my question as well. Mastercontroller is installed simply by putting it in the mods\packages folder. How to set up the folder is explained here.

So....this is old but hopefully, this bumps it and someone can help me here-

I installed the master controller and - under "Advanced" (i don't really understand what I'm doing but I'm good at following directions, generally) I hit "Reset Sim" on each of my family. But there's still no aging...does "hard reset" mean something else entirely (there are a lot of options, I'm kinda afraid what they might all do...) I never use mods or cheats cuz whenever I read about them they seem to cause issues...

Hello,

Please open your own topic, instead of bumping an old thread. That way we can track progress and provide personal support.
