Black-Out Objects?[SOLVED]

Lately, it has been like this ever since i downloaded it for free 
. I'm not sure if this is suppose to be like that?

This kind of thing can happen if your videocard is lower-end, it can take a while before the objects fully render.

Well, i need some help with it though.. it takes forever to load (Actually it haven't even load yet) it still remains black after playing my game for 30 mins.?
Edit: May it be the .sim3pack file is corrupted?

Hello,
Are all of your games legit? if you only have legal, registered games, you may need another file.
