Missing file from Sims 3 pets installer

Hi, can someone help me?
When I try to install the Sims 3 pets add-on it gets near the end and says 'set up needs the next disk, please insert the disk containing the file EULA.RTF', I've looked in the folder for the installer and the file is there, when i direct it to it it simply will not recognize it. Am I missing a file or something?

I wonder if this one is caused by extracting it with something other than winRAR, since the error in the non-fixed version of pets comes up sooner if I remember correctly.

I don't know, as far as I know, the missing "EULA" refers to the old version.
