Service initialization failed (0x024e424f) Empty Service initialization failed (0x024e424f)

Hi, I'm new to this forum so I may have something wrong posted (if I did, sorry then) I already searched for a fix in this error, but none of them works. Here's what I did

1. Installed base game (version 1.0.615, downloaded from TPB)
2. Cracked base game (version 1.0.615)
3. Super-patched to 1.33.2
4. Cracked base game patch from Google, I get a Registration Code form, typed a random one from a site, gets "Registration code used limit reached)
5. Cracked using Ultimate fix, still get Registration Code form limit reached from TS3W.exe, TS3.exe gives the error above "Service initialization failed (0x024e424f)"

Any ideas?

Hello,

I think you misplaced or forgot the crack. It's located in the #crack folder in the fix.

I copied TS3W.exe and TSLHost.dll from # Crack to the Bin folder, and also copied TS3.exe and TSLHost.dll from Base Game.

Did I do something wrong?

Hello,

The last thing you do should be copying the one's from the #crack folder.

TS3W.exe - It opens the Registration Code form (Important Message! The license limit of this product has been reached.)

Hello,

Can you post a screenshot of the folder you copied the crack to? A detailed view please with file types and date modified etc.

Hello,

You're not using any expansions are you? I can't believe I overlooked that.
Please download and install one of the following expansions: Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff or Generations.
Master Suite stuff is small, so if you want to play soon, I recommend that one.

Hello,

Not for game version 1.33, any patch level past 1.22 requires one of those expansions.
