Load Screen Freeze. Help is much appreciated. [SOLVED]

Hello there! I'm having an issue where the game will freeze on that first loading screen where it says the silly stuff like "reticulating splines". It's always at the end when the bar is full. I have all expansions (minus the stuff packs). I updated to 1.34 and applied the ultimate fix (and made sure I did it correctly). I tried disabling cc and even re-installing the base game, neither worked. Any other suggestions?

No dice. But I just upgraded my graphics card and that seemed to do the trick. Thank you for your response!
