The Sims 3 Ultimate Fix: Does it work for any game region?

Hey guys, I'm a newbie here (just joined a few minutes ago) and I wanna know if the Ultimate Fix is suitable for any game region codes? Because I've got one of them EPs that has the number '2' in the end.
Also, will the Fix work with The Sims 3 EPs and SPs that are not downloaded from G4TW? Like, store bought (but not necessarily the original version...but I do have the original retail version of the Base Game).

PS: I tried looking for the answers to my questions, but couldn't find any, so sorry if these questions have been asked and answered.

Yes, the Fix works with all (non-modified) versions and all versions and regional codes.
