Mounting [Solved]

I installed The Sims 3 Ambitions and it worked fine but when I went to mount it (which I have never done before) I couldnt find any ISO to mount. I don't know what file to use for mounting it?

You don't need to mount anything after you done the installation, since if you follow the installation guide. You must done the cracking part, so you don't need to mount anything after that. Only mount to install the game.

But when I go to play the game it says no disc inserted or whatever. How do I fix that then?

Please carefully read the CRACK part.
You need to copy and paste the crack at the right folder. I believe you misplace the crack.
Just do the cracking part again, carefully.

I followed the instructions. I did it all right. The only thing that I couldn't get to work was TSLHost.dll file for The Sims 3 base game bin folder because it said it already contained that file and I couldn't delete it but i figured it wouldn't matter because I have the retail base game and it said I didn't have to even mess with the crack stuff if I had that (which i read afterwards).

Ok I fixed the crack so now it starts up but right away it said something about I had an unofficial game modification installed and to uninstall it or i may experience crashing and stuff. I pushed continue but then an error message came up that said "Unable to start game Service initialization failed (0x039e8474)" What does all that mean?

If you have the retail base game, just skip the instruction number 6 at installation guide. You don't need to apply the crack at SIMS 3 (Base Game).

Just open the # Crack 2' folder, which is also in the '# Crack' folder, and copy + paste (or drag &
drop) the 'TS3EP02'.exe' ánd the 'TSLHost.dll' to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Ambitions\Game\Bin and REPLACE them by the existing
ones.

And don't forget to apply the ambition fix, please read THIS.

Ok so I installed the fix and followed the instructions, but when I open the game it tells me my current game version isn't compatible with the base game or something like that and to update it but after that the game launcher just freezes up and i can't do anything.

Ok so it's working now and I can play the game! Thank you! But one more minor problem. When I try to update the game it says "invalid file" is there anyway to fix this?

So I was able to play it once but when I closed it down and tried to get back in the update message came up again and the launcher just freezes up. I've tried everything but the launcher just freezes up everytime.

Please don't update for a while, wait for Admin give guide how to update it. Please hold on.

Ok well I installed fastlane exp. And now it works. Will it mess it up to install hels after installing the other expansions?

Yes , I guess. Since, I've been noticed by Admin, to make all expansion working perfectly. You need follow this step:

1) Install Base Game
2) Install WA
3) Install HELS
4) Install Ambitions
5) Apply ambitions fix
6) Install Fast lane stuff.

No, you can safely Install HELS after Fast Lane Stuff.

Oh also. Can I delete the files that I extract from the .rar file after I'm done installing the game or are those essential?

No, you can delete those. But watch out, if you delete the .rar file you had Downloaded, you can not seed any more!

You can delete the folder. But don't delete the .rar, if you want keep seeding. The only advised I can give you at the moment is:

Is there anything in those folders I can delete? Because they take up a ton of space. And what IS seeding?

Well I already deleted the rar file. Why would I want to be able to seed? And so I CAN delete those files?

Well, if you don't seed, other people will have lower Download -speeds. It's something you'll have to do in return for the Download. If other people wouldn't seed, you wouldn't have the files at all, so next time, please take the time to seed.
