Game keeps crashing.[SOLVED]

Everything was working fine for a while and then all of a sudden, now when I start my game it says:

" It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs."

The game will still work and load properly. It will even load my town/sims/house properly but shortly after being in the game, it crashes. As I just opened my game now to test it, the game hasn't crashed (where \as it would usually crash a few seconds after the town loads) yet but there is a good chance I may be losing my internet soon so I want to know how to fix this problem so I can play properly when I no longer have the internet.

did you install any mods?

Nope the only thing I installed was a town and that was not the cause of the problem

Hello,

That error doesn't come up out of nowhere, and if you don't have mods or cc, it's the crack.
Please look for your base game version as shown in the image below. If it's 1.34, apply the crack from the fix as specified in step 13 of it's installation guide.
If it's not 1.34, start with the manual patch, then use the crack.
