The sims 3 best configuration / settings. [SOLVED]

I want to know the best setting for me because im having the game hang when a lot of this start moving in the game.

If you mean Ambitions, yes, that should also fix your problem, as it will give you the latest version of the Game with the latest fixes.
Áfter you've Installed Ambitions, apply this fix: megaupload.com F6SIYQV3
It should work fine now.
