Sims 3 Pet crashes.[SOLVED]

I need help!

So I did everything the fix mentioned! The game was running perfectly yesterday.. Sadly the game began to crash today and I'm really frustrated. My laptop meets the requirements with flying colors so I'm sure that's not the cause.. Can someone suggest anything to me? I'm REALLY desperate to play The Sims 3 Pets. :'c Thanks!

Have you installed any new CC items? New Mods? What has changed on your system between the game running yesterday and the game crashing today?
Knowing this makes it easier to pin point what may have caused the problem.

Well.. I downloaded a single hairstyle thinking it wouldn't cause that much of harm.. So can I ever play The Sims 3 Pets WITH mods? D: They have purty hairstyles. ;3; And thanks for replying!

You can use mods with the Pets expansion, but you will need to make sure they are updated for Pets and above.

Which hair style was it? I know several of the creators of CC, if the hair is from one of them I can probably get you the updated mod that will work with pets.
