How to build apartments with LN Buildings? [SOLVED]

I got custom empty world not long ago and want build my own Late Night town. But when I tried to use Late Night buildings from debug mod I was confused. When I tried to place any of them I got message like "housekeeper rules don`t allow this". I can place building on the lot with moveobjects on, but after this can`t build inside of it. I know how to use all markers, I built 4-5 floors apartments myself. I guess there is a cheat to get bigger floors, cuz I have custom apartments like this. But I love EA buildings more. So, is there way to build apartments myself (not rebuild one from Bridgeport, but make the same one using debug mod)?

Thanks for the link, but it`s way how to rebuild or improve already existing apartments. And I want build them myself, exactly as people that create Bridgeport did. So all what I have it`s empty lot, debug mod and cheats. I also skip restrictbuildbuyinbuildings cheat...going to try it, but still wonder if someone build houses like this...

I had a custom world where was a lot of buildings...maybe it`s Bridgeport lots that were changed...but I really didn`t recognize them. And what about houses from my link? I can`t build more than 5 or 6 floors, but this apartments near 16 floors (I use all this lots in my game). Does anyone know cheat that allow bigger floors?

I finally understand how to do it! Maybe I`ll post instruction with photos today.
