Sims 3 supernatural startup error. [SOLVED]

I got a problem when i start sims 3 he says i need to check my log file because its getting a error while starting up.

Did you move, rename or remove any of the installation directory folders?

No i only reinstalled it only ones because i thought it was solving the problem

Sorry for double post but i needed to say something first.

I got sims 3 ultimate so i got every expansion except supernaturel.
When i install install supernaturel my sims 3 doesnt work anymore.
Then i got that logbook error.

So without supernaturel my sims 3 is running good

First of all, we DO NOT recommend "Complete" packages and stuff like that at all, since they cause a lot of problems.

Try download the Supernatural from www.games4theworld.org .

i will downlaod supernaturel there then.

but u recommend to install the sims 3 packages 1 by 1?

Yes, we do; instead of "Complete" packages.

Yeeh i got them all installed 1 by 1 and now it work perfectly
