Moonlight Falls Empty.[SOLVED]

I hate to make another post about this, but it seems the others have died out, I haven't seen a reply in a few days, and I don't want to highjack anyone elses posts.
Anyway, my issues is simply that my Moonlight Falls town is empty.
I have downloaded almost all The Sims games from G4TW, so I know the steps to take. I've installed them and the cracks correctly, and followed the steps for the Ultimate Fix. I'm having no issues launching the game itself. I've tried removing my Sims 3/Documents folder and launching, still the same problem. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled Supernatural, yet the problem still persists. I haven't checked the other towns to see if there is a problem with them, but I can check if need be.
Hoping for some help on this issue, so obviously I come to you guys, because you're awesome. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
You could try the manual patch, even though you're already at that patch level.
I'm not sure what else to suggest since you've already removed the "The Sims 3" folder from Documents and reinstalled the EP.

Well from the looks of things... ALL of my towns are empty, not just Moonlight Falls. Something must have happened during installation.
Does this mean I need to uninstall/reinstall everything?
FIXED: I reinstalled the EP again, but that didn't seem to work. My neighborhoods were still empty. So I went in, grabbed a family from the Bin, moved them into an empty house, saved it, and went back to town view (Edit Town) and the Premade Sims were all there. Very odd, but at least my game is working properly now.
