Unknown error Occurred HELP plz

okie so i have all expansions and base game but when i go to my launcher World Adventures wants to update so i try but it says unknown error occurred and i rly want this expansion

also i tried the unknown error occurred fix and apparently i don't have a library tab under my home user so i can't use the fix

Hi, are you running on OS X Lion? If so, that might explain why there is no Library folder.

If you are using OS X Mountain Lion, all you have to do is hold the "option" button while in your desktop and click the "Go" button on the top. You should be able to see the Library from the drop down list.
