The Sims 3 Expansions

Hi! Okay so uninstalled the sims 3 a while back and just recently installed it and put the sims 3 pets on it. On the launcher, it says I only have the sims 3 pets. But here in the folder it shows this:
I did install these two things before I uninstalled the game, but since I've reinstalled the game I haven't applied these to the base game. Is there a way that I can, because I'm afraid that I'll mess something up if I try to figure this out without help.

Hello,
Remove the folders of games you don't have installed.
