Exception Raised Crash

I have been getting the "exception raised" crash for the past few days ever since I updated my game to 1.39 patch used with the newest ultimate fix. Before I would get this crash after playing for around 4 hours or more but now I get it every 5 mins. When I applied the newset patch and fix I deleted all my old save files and I've removed all mods and custom content so I still don't understand what the problem is Help please?

Sorry for the late reply after I posted this my game magically started working again *typical* but then disaster strikes again and now the exception raised crash again I downloaded all of my torrents from kickasstorrents and they are all a mix of RELOADED and Games4theworld. Sorry I'm a newbie on here so I don't know how to copy a screenshot....

Also, if you open your launcher and hover your mouse over the base game icon in the lower left corner of the screen, what version does it show? It starts with 1.xx.x.

Okay it was causing problems to my mac so I dediced to uninstall everything, I'm now trying to install everything I've noticed that my sims 3 base game is an unofficial copy, could this be a problem or why I was having problems to begin with?

Yes sorry I forgot to mention I'm using an old macbook, I never had any problems with my games until after Pets expansion and noticed lots of other people were having problems with sims games and Macs, is there a bigger problem?

What do you mean with "unofficial" copy? You get that error or...- where did you get the base game from?

Thanks for your help it seems just simply re-installing everything has solved the problem, so fingers crossed everything will run smoothly now.

That still holds true, for some reason the G4TW Base has issues, so recommended to use the RELOAD one.
