Sims 3 crashed to blue screen!

Hi, i have been having difficulties with the game. I already delete the document sims 3 folder before but that doesnt seem to be the problem and i alway changed the DEP actions before too and that didnt work. please help!

Well it actually started happening like a week after i downloaded sims 3 but ever since i updated to 1.39 a few seconds after my game loads it will crash

Try backing up and removing this folder completely, please: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

What do i do after i remove it?

You would then test the game. Removing this makes the game generate a new folder, tricking it into thinking it's a brand new game. This can help solve a lot of problems, even some that had been occurring since the game was first played.

i backed up and removed the folder before and after a few times of playing sims it would crash to the blue screen again. I just deleted it and im playing a new game so what should i do if it happens again?

If the problem was in the files you deleted, it shouldn't crash again. If it does, we'll have to go through this same process, and see if you managed to get a bad save or something again.

I guess its the Sims Cache Problem

its like in the internet browser too many Cache/cookie might slow your browsing and you have no choice but to clean it.

Your computer can't handle the cache of your sims so it end up of blue screen which usually cause by overheat

most of them are in laptop cause laptop are not made for games :3

if thats the problem how do i fix it ?

Delete the following

simCompositorCache.package
compositorCache.package
and all of the things inside of the DCBackup Folder

Search it in the internet if theres anything you need to remove

that's all I know (FOR NOW)

and where is the DCbackup folder located?

It's located in the following.
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
Or Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\DCbackup

But since you already said you did delete The folder, pry a issue with installation. So might need to completely uninstall, reboot, and re-install. But wait to see if anyone else has some insight on another solution first.

Yes, a blue screen can be caused by a lot of things, usually hardware issues. (But it can be a corrupt program too)
What kind of PC is it? Custom-built?

no its a windows7 laptop

the it crashed to blue screen again... it mostly crashes when im in buy mode.

Please open Windows Update and use "Check for new updates" to find new available updates. Download and install all available updates, including ALL "Optional" updates.

After updating everything, restart your PC and try again. Good luck!

after i updated and restarted it still crashed to the blue screen..

1. Your graphic card model.
2. Your operating system.
3. 32- or 64-bit.

where do i find the graphic card number?
and the operating system?

Some examples of Operating Systems are Window's 7, Window's Vista, Window's XP, your probably running Window's 7.
