I just wanted to say thank you to you all on this site. To get a message that you guys will have Seasons up soon, I felt like a child on Christmas Eve. I may not put a lot of postings on here but I just had to say I appreciate VERY MUCH your hard work and wonderful feedback something EA completely lacks especially if you're a Mac user.

Though I must confess, I was on cloud 9 and brought back down to reality when I came on here and saw RIP Neil Armstrong. My spectrum of emotion just took a 180 but it will recover!

Once again thanks a bunch for your hard work.

Once I see snow and swimming in the ocean, my sims lifes will be complete.

This is one expansion I'll deff buy at some point though (I have bough most of them and then got angry and didn't bother with Showtime... plus I am in a bit of a "saving money" phase)

I'm sure it won't be that bad. The minimum system requirements aren't going to change for Seasons. Even I am confident my pc will run it some way or another.

I'm sure my pc will kill over too. But most of my problem is all the mods. I'll have to clear them out and the cc and then run it. Of course, I'm not gonna do it unless I have to

I would sacrifice my cc (except what I need for my modeling, then I'll only put it in when I need it) and that's about it lol. I need everything else. All my mods, I'd rather keep them if I can because they just make the game better. And I need all the eps and sps because of the content that comes with them. I don't really go on vacation or use the professions, but sims 3 is like my pokemon.. I must catch 'em all.

Was there an announcement for the Pets DLC about the minimum requirements being increased graphics-wise? If not, I'm a bit worried that they may let a similar announcement slip by for this. Assuming they DO increase the minimum graphics, of course.

Wasn't it said somewhere that they worked on Seasons a lot and that there wont be any new system requirements? I heard it or read it somewhere....I think.

I hope that holds true. My mac is coping more or less ok, but its borderline. I have all EPs apart from World Adventures (as I don't mind not going to vacations), no SPs whatsoever. Showtime could be sacrifice-able too.

Hey Lady, I think we should be ok with our cc (I have loads) if we are using CC Magic as we can enable what we need for the current game and disable what we don't need.

Well, hopefully they stay the same. As long as it's been confirmed so far that the requirements will stay the same, that offers SOME credibility at least. I guess it just all comes down to how much we can trust EA's word.

Hey,i just wanted to say that im really excited for this game I asked for this EP since the base game arrived. I am just so excited for halloween,winter and Summer! swimming in the ocean is what i always wanted for the Sims 3
