Sims 3 crashing down

Hello everyone, I hope you are all alright and enjoy the Sims 3 Seasons!

Latest 2 days I experience a problem witch is : After a couple of hours or couple of minutes (that is random) my game decide to stop working. I mean while i play normal with no lags or any issues the game go to desktop and gives me a message that the 'game have stop working'. Ofc after I press that option Sims 3 close completely. Even today I install the Seasons keeps doing the same. I have no mods, only cc that i run them with CC magic.

I really dunno what to do, cuz before I install the Season i remove all the Sims and install it again, together with the ultimate fix

This is on the wrong board me thinks

Also, when you did a reinstall, did you make sure it was a completely clean one?

Well this is what i always do when i install sims 3, I got the game for a couple of years so i know, the thing is I didn't update my game because i re-install everything, and yes i was sure to be clean it from remains, also i have add my game to the DEP, but still not working, Every time i go in game , works ok, but some times randomly it shuts down with the 'The game has stop working' or when i want to go and build my house.
